April Fool's Day

It has been a long time since I participated in an April Fool's joke. I love them, but I'm not usually creative enough to come up with a really good joke to play! But this year, I have to admit, that I was the office prankster and it was hilarious! Alright, we're accountants, so it was probably mildly funny, but we don't have too much hilarity in our day, so this was a big hit in the department!

I was told about the below prank. A coworker and I printed out copies, placed them on those in our department's chairs while they were at lunch and taped a copy to the copier machine. It got pretty funny when each of them wanted to try out the new voice activation! One tried several times, each time louder than the previous. Another thought it was his accent that was preventing it from working properly and another didn't understand where the microphone was that you were supposed to speak into.

I'll have to think of something even better next year. Oh the crazy accountants!
